This spell worked well for me when I needed some extra confidence to take on some new challenges.
You will need:
Orange or gold candle for confidence/courage
Yarrow, bay leaf & juniper berries
Red cotton thread & needle
A ceramic or heat proof bowl
Salt water
Incense
Method:
Cast your circle with salt water for protection, light your candles to the left & right of where you are sitting. For added strength place 4 red candles at the 4 corners of the elements, north, south east and west. light your insence and imagine what it is you want to accomlish at work.
Take the red cotton thread and thread the juniper berries through the cotton making a necklace, tie up at the ends. (Make sure it's big enough to wear around your neck)
In a heat proof bowl place the yarrow & bay leaf and set alight as you watch it burn say the following as many times as you feel you need to, I always say 3 times.
"This week at work, Knowledge be mine, Confidence & strength in cotton twine.
Juniper berries, Protect me too, My bowl of charms, my worries into."
"So mote it be"
Remember to thank all who have listened & who will help you.
Ok that's it you leave the candles to burn safely or blow them out but don't use them again in a different spell. When going to work the next day be sure to wear your juniper berries to keep away negative energy. You can make a charm bag out of the herbs instead of burning them as well.
